• How do I join?

You can find the IP in the information channel inside of our Discord server.  

• I'm having issues joining!

If you're having issues joining, please open a support ticket in our discord and ensure that you send screenshots of the disconnect message. 

• Where do I report a member/staff?

If you have a need to report one of our staff members, or players, open support ticket and select report in our Discord.

• I tried to join but it says I'm not whitelisted.

If you haven't been whitelisted yet, or you would like to have an alt approved to be whitelisted, join our Discord and find the # 💎〡whitelist-me channel.

• Staff Applications/Helper
  You will be notified when staff applications are open. Do not create an application ticket if applications are closed.
  
  

• I'm having trouble installing the required mods

If you're having trouble installing the mods/modpacks we require for you to play, make sure that you have correctly downloaded both the modpack, and the other mod we have linked in our INFO channel. If you're still having issues, open a ticket and select general-question, we will assist you.
